How much should a puppy sleep? Plan the naps for your puppy's age
Puppies sleep a lot, but sources disagree on exactly how much: from about 10–14 hours to 18–20. What matters more is regular, undisturbed naps. Evening biting and zoomies are often an overtired puppy, not a naughty one.
Use the planner to turn your puppy's age and wake-up time into a day of awake stretches and naps, and see what common signs might mean. Ask your vet about anything that seems off.
